What is URstore and how does it work?
URstore is an AI-powered image recognition solution that turns in-store photos into structured retail data. Field teams simply capture a series of shelf images and URstore recognises products, measures execution and converts the results into actionable insights.

How do I get URstore set up?
Getting started is simple. We agree the category, SKU catalogue, stores, metrics and required outputs. Product imagery and data are then loaded and trained before completing validation.
Typical setup: 2–4 weeks, subject to SKU count and category complexity
What does onboarding look like?
We manage onboarding end-to-end.
Week 1: scope, SKU catalogue and metrics.
Weeks 1–2: product onboarding and model configuration.
Weeks 2–3: testing and validation.

How quickly can I add a new category, SKU or project?
Once the platform is established, projects becomes seamless. New SKUs/pack changes can generally be onboarded faster than an entirely new category, while new categories/projects typically require 2–4 weeks for setup, training and validation. Exact turnaround is confirmed once scope and SKU volumes are understood.
What metrics can URstore capture?
Our core SPAR metrics are Share of Shelf, Position, Availability and Ranging. From there, URstore can support additional TAN metrics (Track/Trend, Action, Next Steps) and customer-specific measures depending on the category, retailer and objective.
What data and reporting outputs do I receive?
URstore turns images into structured SKU, store and visit-level data. Outputs can include dashboards, raw CV data and reporting across SKU, brand, category, store, retailer, territory and time period, allowing head-office teams to understand shelf execution and identify opportunities/trends.
How accurate is URstore?
